The race starts at 5:00 a.m. with the swim in Lake Millstatt. The start is spectacular, with athletes jumping from a boat (A). The swim course covers a distance of 4.0 kilometers.
The finish is at the Millstatt Beach, located close to the town center (B), illuminated by strong floodlights and visible from the start area. The area around the beach also serves as the transition zone.
Due to the water temperature at the end of September, conditions are expected to be cool, so wetsuits will be mandatory (details provided in the race briefing).
Dear triathlon enthusiasts,
For organizational reasons, there will unfortunately be no Granat Xtreme Triathlon in 2026. We are still working hard to make the event happen as planned. Our ultimate goal is to create an event that will be memorable, run smoothly, and, above all, meet all safety requirements. We hope that this will be the case in 2027!
As soon as there is any news, we will of course inform you immediately.
