The final marathon takes the athletes from Lake Millstatt (A) up to the Lammersdorfer Berg, following steep forest and mountain trails.
The highlight of the course is the iconic Granattor (B), located at an altitude of 2,060 meters. The finish line is at the Schwaigerhütte (C), situated at 1,625 meters above sea level, which is also accessible by car for support teams and spectators.
The course covers a distance of 42.1 kilometers with more than 2,400 meters of elevation gain. Technical trail sections and steep climbs make this part particularly challenging. Along the route, there are several aid stations staffed by volunteers providing refreshments and support.
Dear triathlon enthusiasts,
For organizational reasons, there will unfortunately be no Granat Xtreme Triathlon in 2026. We are still working hard to make the event happen as planned. Our ultimate goal is to create an event that will be memorable, run smoothly, and, above all, meet all safety requirements. We hope that this will be the case in 2027!
