The final half marathon takes athletes from Lake Millstatt (A) up to Lammersdorfer Berg, following steep forest and mountain trails. The highlight of the course is the symbolic Garnet Gate (B), situated at an altitude of 2,060 meters. The finish line is at the Schwaigerhütte (C), located at 1,625 meters above sea level, which is also accessible by car for supporters and spectators.
The course stretches over a distance of 22.1 kilometers and features more than 1,500 meters of elevation gain. Technical trail sections and steep climbs make this part particularly challenging. Along the route, there are aid stations staffed by volunteers.
Dear triathlon enthusiasts,
For organizational reasons, there will unfortunately be no Granat Xtreme Triathlon in 2026. We are still working hard to make the event happen as planned. Our ultimate goal is to create an event that will be memorable, run smoothly, and, above all, meet all safety requirements. We hope that this will be the case in 2027!
